Psychological issues causing wieght gain:
- need for comfort
- need for protection
- need for "something special" - could draw children's books
- boredom
Practical Causes:
David diet. - mcdonalds, taco bell, johnny rocket, milkshake, french fry.
- over eating
- eating too much sugary and fatty foods and not enough fiberous and nutritious foods
- not keeping up with workouts ; reasons: fatigue, boredom of routines or not knowing what to do.
For room:
- put sentimental things into storage in garage.
- throw out, give away and sell things
- buy organization containers for things that want to be stored in room.
